I graduated from Solano College with an Associate's Degree in Liberal Studies with course concentrations in ECE (Early Childhood Education), Business & Graphic Communication (2-D Design) in 2007. I am studying part-time for a CSU (San Francisco State) transfer from San Francisco City College. In addition I have several certifications & training including: Risk Management & Supervision, CPR/ First Aid and AED in infant, child & adult.
Spring of 2007 I interned for Congresswoman Ellen Tauscher's 10th District office, where upon I earned a glowing letter of recommendation. I continue to participate in special events, representing the 10th District, and plan to use my work experience as a platform for a future career in politics. Within the past ten plus years of volunteering, I have effected positive change in my community through value based programs promoting strong kids, strong families and strong communities. I continue to pursue my goals while working as a leader, volunteer and educator.
